Refund policy
We offer a 30-day guarantee. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Because fragrance is personal, this guarantee covers opened bottles. If a Velario scent isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery even if you have worn it, provided the bottle is at least 75% full and returned in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at hello@wearvelario.com with your order number. If your return is approved we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free within the United States on approved returns. We provide the label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full and are not subject to the fill-level condition above.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, and the 30-day guarantee does not apply to them. If we can't ship by the date shown, we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect pre-order items are replaced at no cost. See our Pre-Order Terms.
Custom Hybrids (Velario Accord)
Every Velario Accord is blended to your formula and made to order, so it is final sale. It cannot be cancelled once blending begins, and it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded; the 30-day guarantee does not apply. If we can't ship by the date shown, we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund. Discount codes and promotions do not apply to Velario Accord. If your bottle arrives damaged or is not the formula you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards, pre-order items and custom Hybrids (Velario Accord) cannot be returned. Bottles that are less than 75% full, or that are returned without their original packaging, may be refused or refunded in part at our discretion.
Discounted and bundle orders
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are covered by this policy on the same terms. Bundles are returned as a complete set; if you keep part of a bundle, we refund the difference between what you paid and the regular price of the items you keep.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the scent you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
