Shipping policy

Everything ships free. We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we’ll help arrange redelivery. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@wearvelario.com. We’ll replace it or refund you in full.
