Shipping policy

Standard shipping is free. We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States, sent via USPS or UPS.

Express shipping is available at checkout for $17.99, with priority dispatch and expedited USPS or UPS service.

In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Custom Velario Hybrids: Please allow 10 business days for blending and production before dispatch. Pre-orders ship within 10 days of the order date, and the exact ship-by date is shown on the product page before purchase. These items are not covered by the 1–2 business day in-stock dispatch estimate.

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Carrier transit times may affect delivery dates. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us and we’ll help arrange redelivery. If a package is marked delivered but you can’t locate it, contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email hello@wearvelario.com. We’ll replace it or refund you in full.
