These terms apply whenever a scent is shown as Pre-order on wearvelario.com. You accept them by ticking the confirmation box before adding a pre-order to your bag.
What a pre-order is
A pre-order reserves a full-size 50ml Extrait de Parfum that is temporarily out of stock and being restocked. Pre-orders are offered on single bottles only and are limited to 25 per scent per restock.
Ship-by date
Every pre-order ships within 10 days of the date you place your order. For example, an order placed on the 2nd ships by the 13th. Your exact ship-by date is shown on the product page before you buy and is recorded on your order. You will receive a tracking email when it ships. Standard U.S. shipping is free via USPS or UPS and typically arrives 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Carrier transit times may affect delivery dates.
If we can't ship by the date shown, we'll email you and you may cancel for a full refund.
Payment
The full price is charged when you place your order.
Final sale and non-refundable
Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable. Once placed, a pre-order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, and the 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to pre-order items. The only exception: if we can't ship by your ship-by date, you may cancel for a full refund as described above.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your pre-order arrives damaged, defective or is not the scent you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearvelario.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost.
Orders with in-stock items
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order and ship everything together by the pre-order ship-by date.
Other terms
These terms supplement our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Terms of Service. Where they conflict for a pre-order item, these terms apply. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
