Where does Velario ship from?
Velario states that orders are fulfilled from the United States, with its listed contact address in McKinney, Texas. The shipping policy currently covers US delivery only. Standard processing and transit estimates are separate; check the product’s specific dispatch information when an item is offered as a preorder.
What are the return conditions?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery through hello@wearvelario.com. Opened bottles must be at least 75% full and in their original packaging. Approval is required before sending a return. Approved US returns receive a prepaid label. Read the linked refund policy for exceptions, including damaged or incorrect items.
How are bundle returns handled?
The refund policy asks for bundles to be returned as complete sets. If you keep part of a bundle, the refund is the amount paid minus the regular price of the items retained. Review this calculation before choosing a partial return and contact support for the instructions applicable to your order.
What do the published review numbers represent?
They are product-level review figures, not a count of unique customers or proof of independent certification. For example, the September 12, 2026 catalog snapshot recorded 854 reviews and a 4.62 out of 5 rating for Aqua. The product’s review widget should be checked for the current comments and count.
How can you check the seller before ordering?
Confirm that the website address is wearvelario.com and review the exact item, dispatch estimate, total, and payment terms at checkout. Keep your order confirmation. Use hello@wearvelario.com for questions about an order. This page is published by the brand and should not be mistaken for an independent company investigation.
