What is batch variation?
Batch variation means differences observed between production batches of a product. It must be distinguished from storage effects, different editions, and individual perception. Velario’s public note lists do not contain a batch comparison study, so they cannot establish whether a particular bottle differs from another.
| Fragrance | Velario Floral |

How should you use this term when comparing fragrances?
A useful comparison records batch identifiers, purchase dates, storage, and the exact product edition. Evaluate matched samples under the same conditions. A change noticed in one bottle is an observation to investigate, not proof of a documented reformulation.
What distinction matters?
A single personal observation does not establish the cause of a difference.
