Pre-Order Terms

These terms apply whenever an item is identified as Available to Pre-Order on Velario’s storefront.

Availability and estimated shipment

A pre-order reserves an item that is not currently in stock. The item will ship only after it becomes available. We estimate that pre-order items will ship within 14 calendar days from the order date. This is an estimated shipment timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date, and availability or carrier delays may affect timing. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the order may be held and shipped together when all items are available unless Velario confirms separate shipment.

Payment and acknowledgment

Payment is collected when the order is placed. Before adding a pre-order item to the cart and again before checkout, you must check the acknowledgment confirming that you understand and accept these terms.

Changes and cancellations

Pre-orders are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. Cancel any time before it ships and we refund in full.

If shipment is delayed

If Velario learns that it cannot ship within the stated 14-calendar-day timeframe, we will provide any delay notice required by applicable law, including a revised shipment date when available and the option to cancel and receive a full and prompt refund where required. If additional consent to a delay is required, we will request that consent before continuing to hold the order. If we cannot obtain required consent, we will cancel and refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.

30-day guarantee

For pre-order items, Velario’s advertised 30-day product guarantee begins after delivery. It does not replace or limit the full-refund cancellation right before shipment.

Other terms

These pre-order terms supplement Velario’s Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights available under applicable law.
